I use meat church, all purpose for the butt and ribs, braised the ribs the last two hours of the cook with Stubbs sweat heat, and I used two gringos chupacabra for the brisket

I remember seeing something about the vertical box smokers that they are not as good as regular smokers due to the absorption of the smoke from the items below.. But I’ll be glad to know if I’m wrong cause it all looks good
