Apparently my text didn’t save with the post. I didn’t have time to do meal prep this weekend, but had some time to do it this afternoon! Taco seasoning from Downshiftology: [Recipe](https://downshiftology.com/recipes/taco-seasoning/) Turkey, browned. Tossed in the seasoning and a chopped up a tomato. Sauteed some bell pepper. Sauteed some corn with a lil butter, a squeeze of lime, a bit of paprika, salt, season all. Rinsed some canned black beans and tossed them into my turkey meat once it was done, and then spooned it all into containers with a healthy sprinklin’ of cilantro and green onion.

    Measurements:
    283 g pepper
    444g tomato
    1lb turkey
    1tbsp olive oil
    1tbsp butter
    12 oz corn
    15 oz black beans

Looks good. These are the kinds of simple things I like to see / refer newbies to when they say “I need help finding recipes” – just scroll until you see something you like / feel free to modify to fit your taste and/or abilities (but this looks tasty AND easy). But I might add some regular or cauliflower rice.
