As the seasons change, so do cravings – and North Italia’s new Fall + Winter Menu arrives just in time to satisfy them all. Launching October 29, the refreshed menu blends classics with seasonal flair, bringing back fan favorites while introducing new dishes for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Guests can also look forward to a limited-time pasta prix-fixe lunch deal and a creative lineup of mini-bar drinks at select locations.

Among the menu highlights is the indulgent Sunday Night Lasagna, made with braised short rib, Italian sausage, rustic marinara, ricotta, and provolone. Another returning favorite, the Italian Short Rib Lumache, features grana padano crema, horseradish gremolata, and herb breadcrumbs. Rounding out the hearty offerings is the Prime New York Steak Tagliata, served with wild arugula and shaved grana padano.

For brunch lovers, the Morning Market Board offers a taste of the season with a caramelized onion frittata, burrata, shaved asparagus and arugula salad, heirloom cherry tomato, affinato, and hearth bread. Guests can also enjoy House-Made Focaccia (available in Gilbert and Peoria during dinner service), topped with wild oregano, rosemary, sea salt, aged balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil – a rustic staple perfect for sharing.

Fans nationwide will find a new treat on the dessert menu: the Salted Caramel Budino, a favorite layered with espresso fudge, banana, chantilly crème, and toasted pecan toffee. The fall refresh extends to the bar menu as well, with the debut of North’s new Mini Bar offerings in Gilbert.

Inspired by the rising trend of miniature pours, the 2-3 oz. drinks allow guests to sample multiple cocktails in one sitting. Highlights include the Paradio (mini bar) with Cazadores Blanco; the Little Italy (mini bar) featuring Old Forester rye; and the Faux Me Twice (zero proof) with non-alcoholic sauvignon blanc.

In celebration of National Pasta Month, North Italia is also offering a limited-time $25 pasta prix fixe lunch deal. Running through October 31, guests can enjoy a small plate and freshly made pasta during lunch and brunch service, available from open until 4 p.m. daily.
