My apologies for showing no actual images of the food, this post is more so a reminder to myself that I can actually do it! ❀️ Today I made sure to log everything and not skimp out like I usually do, and as a result, I successfully completed my first day on 1200 cals! I now end the day feeling satisfied, and I’m so proud of myself for actually logging everything despite it looking a bit messy.

Notes to self: I don’t feel deprived because I’m able to squeeze in my must haves (pb, cheese and a protein bar) which is such a bonus πŸ˜‹ I also had no added sugar today so that makes it all the better! Only some free sugar (of which date powder) in the oats.
