Homemade Ranch, Bacon Wrapped Loaded Potato Jalapeños, Potato Skins, and Buffalo Chicken Tenders

It’s game day and I’m making potato skins, bacon wrapped jalapenos, buffalo chicken tenders, and homemade ranch. Start with slicing your potato just like that. Put them on a baking sheet. Rub them down with some olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder. Then into the oven on 425 for 1 hour. Another baking sheet. Parchment paper. Add your bacon. Yummy. Now add this to the oven too until it’s good and crispy or borderline burnt the way I like it. Take three. Words are hard. Okay, let’s make some ranch. Cup of buttermilk. One cup of dukes in the bowl. One cup of sour cream. Fresh dill and chives. Parsley. Garlic powder. Onion powder. Salt and pepper. and a little bit of lemon juice. Don’t add any seeds, okay? Just swirl it up. Potatoes are done. Cut them in half. Scoop out some of the inards. Put them in a bowl. I cut them in half again so they would lay a little bit flatter. Salt and pepper, garlic powder, cheese, and some bacon. Take all the potato that we scraped out and put it in a big bowl. some cheese, bacon, sour cream, a little bit of butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Swirl it up. I cut a jalapeno in half. Take the potato mers with the potato mixture and then wrap it in bacon like that. Now they both go into the oven still on 425 until this one’s good and crispy and all the cheese is melted. Finally, all that’s left to do is fry up the chicken tenders. I’m finally done. Game days be kicking my butt. Did I miss the game?
