Learned I need to refine a few parts of my workflow and setup after making about 20 PSLs for the extended family and friends at our annual Fall Day at a local farm.

What helped me the most on similar endeavors, a second portafilter with a double spout and 22gr basket. Was popping 3 drinks every 5 minutes or so

Why do your beans look like they are still green?

    RIP your back

If iced coffee it’s an option i would already have prepared some shots so You don’t overwork your bambino

I’ve read through all the comments wondering was a PSL is … but well, I don’t mix flavour altering things into my precious coffee, so it’s no big surprise 😅

Man how do you get consistent shots on the Bambino? I get one and then a mess for the next hour

Have you been saving-up Quakers for that batch of beans in your hopper?

Oh! An EV – I assumed there was a gas generator hammering away spewing fumes nearby!

I did this with a gaggia classic… never again. Switching between steam and coffee mode was a nightmare everyone wants a straight shot till you lower the temp for another shot then they want milk then the second you get it to temp someone walks up and wants a straight shot then decides they want milk as your gettting ready to pull the next shot.

  11. whats your psl recipe? ive been wanting to make some for the season
