My husband put a screw right through the freon hose on our heating and air unit yesterday. Woohoo. So, I’m going to make some chili while I wait for a maintenance guy to come fix it. He thought he was putting the screw into this board, but it actually went right into this pipe and then it sprayed all over the wall. Start with dicing up celery, a bell pepper, and an onion. It was like the worst onion I’ve ever cut up ever. Now, start to brown up the meat. I save a little bit for my puppy. But don’t pour it down your sink. No. No. Add in some olive oil. All your vegetables. Add some salt and pepper. Swirl that around till it starts to get soft. Add back the meat. Some minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, ground mustard, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Tabasco. Test it for poison. We’re good. Wooashire and salt and pepper. And swirl it up. Now I’m going to blend up diced tomatoes and green chilies cuz I don’t like a chunky tomato. Swirl it up. Strain them. Drain them. Rinse them. Four cans of beans. Actually, I’m just going to do three cans in the pot. Swirl it up. One can of apple beer. Test it for poison. And don’t ask me what time it is. Don’t. Apple cider vinegar and check it for poison. M. Yeah, we’re good. We’ll add a little bit of beef broth and then probably go in with a little bit more of all the seasonings. Put the lid on it and let it cook for a few hours on low. On low [Music] to be good. Turns out we’re just going to have to get a whole new AC unit. It’s not Blake’s fault. The unit’s super old and it’s not worth fixing. Mhm. [Music]

I'm Danish and it hurts my heart when I hear that freon is still being used. Here in Denmark, freon has been banned since 1999 because it damages the ozone layer 🥺 But you're sweet and your videos make me happy 🤗
