A chicken Caesar salad does not always have to be y’all go-to whenever y’all are trying to eat healthy. So, let’s try something different. Let’s make a chicken Caesar salad wrap using a spinach wrap. So, pretty much I’m just cutting off the stems at the ends of the lettuce. And then, of course, I’m adding that to a bowl after I’ve washed off the lettuce. Then, I’m um topping it off with some Parmesan cheese. Then, I’m seasoning my lettuce with some salt and pepper. Of course, you know, you want to make sure you add some seasoning, some flavor to it. Then, I’m crunching up my um croutons. Now, this is optional, but I would prefer you guys to crunch up your croutons. Do not try to put your croutons in that bowl without crunching them up because what’s going to happen is the croutons is going to be soggy. And you don’t want your croutons to be soggy with the lettuce because you’re going to have to mix all of that together and you’re going to have to add that to the wrap. And later on, I’m going to show y’all how to wrap that with the chicken. Okay? Cuz all of it going it’s going to come together. It’s going to come together real good, real nice. And then I did use some Panera Bread Caesar dressing. Like here’s here’s a little tip. You really want to know if your chicken is all is cooked all the way. Poke some holes in it on the front and the back of the chicken. That way you’ll be able to see if the chicken is like cooked all the way. If it’s white in the inside, that mean the chicken is cooked all the way. But if you see some red, it ain’t cooked all the way. Okay. But anyh who, mind y’all, I did [ __ ] up on the wrap. uh rolling it up the first time. This is how you uh correctly roll your wrap. You want to make sure you roll it from the bottom to left and right and then roll it really tight. Okay. Make sure that you’re putting a little amount of um salad lettuce and then um chicken in there. And and that’s pretty much it. Um y’all just use that parchment paper to keep y’all’s um wrap wrapped up. And I’ll see y’all in my next cooking vlog. Bye.
