Sometimes you guys send me messages about my recipes and what you’re liking and then it makes me crave the recipe. This week is my chocolate cherry smoothie. This one just like really is a must try. I start with one cup of frozen cherries. One scoop of chocolate protein powder. Sometimes I do hemp seeds. Today I’m doing chia. Do like a tablespoon. Do about half a cup of plain Greek yogurt. Little cinnamon. Sometimes I do frozen cauliflower rice too just for some extra veggie. Put them all out of that today. And then about a cup of almond milk. Kind of looks cool. Blend this. Pour this out. Has a little over 30 g of protein and about 8 g of fiber. and a flavor that doesn’t quit. If you are in need of a little healthy breakfast on the go, try this out.
