1 cup cavatelli (can definitely sub for a lower calorie or low carb pasta)
1 chicken breast
A bunch of tomatoes sautéed down with a little olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, mushrooms squash, and basil
1 tablespoon Parmesan

I freaking love pasta and I refuse to cut it out of my diet. This is a great way to keep pasta in your rotation but making it a bit more calorie/high volume friendly- add tons of veggies and lean protein!
