



Everything I ate today!
•Yoghurt with cereal
•“charcuterie” plate with veggies, chicken deli meat, little mozzarella balls, fruit dessert
•snack plate with more veggies and fruit
•lentil soup with carrots for dipping (ignore the lighting, it was delicious)
By next week I will be part carrot, lol.
I’ve decided to take a calorie counting break, and try to use my stored calorie knowledge to just eat whole foods freely. This is day two, and even though I’m basically eating the same amount, I feel a lot less restrictive and obsessive.
Biggest takeaway: carrots are the best. Filling, crunchy, sweet. Now I just need to not turn orange…

Cereal is a whole food?
i would be careful with that amount of carrots. they’re absolutely delicious, but carotenemia will creep up on you lol. sincerely, a guy with very orange hands.
