Leche Flan

Caramel
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice

Flan
4 eggyolks
2 tbsp condensed milk
1/4c all purpose cream
1c evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
zest of 1 lemon

Bake (Bain Marie) at 160C or steam (low fire) for 50-55mins
