My favorite tofu dish of all time is Salt Toasted Tofu from Mai's (Vietnamese) in Houston. I can make a similar dish at home but it just doesn't hit the same way. Does anyone know of anything similar in Austin? Thanks!

Description: Fried Tofu (I assume coated in cornstarch for crispiness) with onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, and at least 10 cloves of unpeeled garlic (tastes like they're roasted) in a ginger garlic sauce. It's served with a side of lime (and maybe lemon?) juice with fresh jalapeno and black pepper.

Please note: Despite the name it is not the same as Salt and Pepper Tofu, it's probably more like Garlic Tofu if anything.
