Does anyone have this book? Just getting more into pressure canning and this book seems like it has safe recipes to me. I tend to use Bernardin and Ball books and want to use verified safe recipes. Opinions?

I don’t own that book, I don’t know if any of the other mods do, but I’m already discouraged by the artwork on the cover that shows fermentation-style jars.

Unfortunately, as volunteer moderators, we don’t have the time to read through every single book, line by line, and compare the recipes to existing, safe, tested ones to help ensure the quality of the content, nor do we have the funds to purchase said books.

Should you decide you wish to, our wiki has dozens of safe, trusted sources listed. You can review the contents of your book and compare to the ones we know are good and see if the recipes within are just safe substitutions *(swapping out apple cider vinegar for white vinegar or swapping types of peppers)* or going off the rails *(canning squash puree or suggesting “DIY is fine! Just use a pH strip from Amazon!”)*

Edit: Locking this thread, as your question has been answered. No, it is not on our safe list, nor is it likely to be added. The author is a caterer from California who has a large TikTok following. I’m sure she’s a great *cook* and a fabulous entertainer. That does not mean a thing in terms of safe anaerobic recipes.
