For day three of fall freezer meals, we’re making a tuskcin white bean soup. This soup is dairyf free, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, and packed with fiber and immunity boosting benefits. For this freezer meal series, I’m sharing recipes that are perfect for meal prep and batch cooking. The goal is to stock your freezer with anti-inflammatory healthy meals. So, when it’s cooler and the days are short and you don’t feel like cooking, you’ve got healthy meals ready to go. Soup comes together pretty quickly in one pot. I like to blend the bone broth base for a smoother and creamier texture. Add more gutloving beans and kale. When it’s time to eat, I like to add fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. And then you’ll freeze the rest.
