White Large Flat Mushrooms-250 g,
Onion – 1 pc,
Cheese-80-100 g, Sour cream-1 tablespoon,
Butter-30 g,
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cut the onion into cubes. Chop the mushroom stipe and two cloves of garlic. Fry the onion and mushroom stipe until done. Then add the garlic and a tablespoon of sour cream, salt to taste and add black pepper. Simmer everything together for 1 minute.
Place the pileus on a baking sheet, salt them, add a piece of butter and spread the fried filling. Then grate the cheese and put it on top of the filling. Then bake in the oven preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes.
