    Why do dishes like this always leave the shells in? Like i dont want to have to pick out the meat every bite

  4. That’s not how you cook a seafood risotto.
    Take out the seafood prior to adding the rice then put it back in, you don’t let the seafood cook for 25-30minutes.

    Also it doesn’t look fully emulsified, it looks soupy.
