1hr @ 125F. Seared on cast iron with avocado oil. Alfalfa sprouts sautéed with butter, salt, pepper & garlic. Nothing crazy but so delicious.

    Steak looks perfect to me. I might try the sprouts, but I haven’t seen them in stores for years. Love alfalfa sprouts in scrambled eggs.
