5 cheese grilled cheese

Ingredients: Sourdough bread, garlic/onion butter, homemade garlic mayo, Swiss, Cheddar, Colby, & Monterrey Jack with a grated Pecorino Reggiano crust. All I needed was some homemade tomato soup.
