eggs benedict

maybe i’m a little too american in my understanding of eggs benedict but i am pretty sure this is called “avocado toast” and not eggs benedict.

i’m not mad, i just miss big stupid breakfasts with cocktails and big plates full of stuff that’s going to make it hard to walk for the rest of the day (wooden spoon on market street i miss you more than i can describe. same to you, pinecrest diner).
