Juicy, flavour-packed chicken kebabs made right in the air fryer!. Tender chicken thighs marinated in a mix of aromatic spices, yogurt, and herbs then grilled to golden perfection. Ingredients:
Chicken thigh fillets (diced)
Red, green, and yellow peppers (cut into medium pieces)
All-purpose seasoning
Lemon & herb spice
Moroccan seasoning powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Cooking oil
Plain yogurt
Sweet chilli sauce (for dipping)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix diced chicken with all spices, salt, oil, and yogurt.
2. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
3. On skewers, alternate chicken and colourful peppers.
Air fry for 20–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
5. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce and enjoy!
