    also if weight loss is your goal a calorie deficit is the only way your gonna lose weight this includes doing exercises to burn calories faster than you eat them and or just eating less then your body uses them or a bit of both and that is usually the best way to do it and it may take a bit to find the sweet spot but you’ll get it at a certain point

    There are tons of content creators out there that make healthy, tasty recipes to fit any nutrient goal you may have. Check out Liam (theplantslant, I think), he’s one of my favorites.

    The reason 99% of us get overweight is OVER EATING. and NOT BEING ACTIVE.

    You can get healthier by just tracking your calories and eating a normal daily amount.

    You dont diet, you dont restrict, you stop over eating.

    You don’t need to eat like a bodybuilder to lose weight. You already use most of your caloric requirements just to stay alive. Just control your eating habits and exercise and you should lose weight. Also, seasonings don’t add to your calories.

    I did that diet once! Eating better and also hating myself .end result, looked better- still hated myself. Lol

    Wow, just wow actually, that is food (and trust me some people on our planet will literally be happy for having a meal like this), and you can make it delicious, ad some herbs, for starters.

    Also loosing weight isn’t about eating what you don’t like it is discovering what you like eating in the realm of actual (call it healthy, if you want) food (not just processed fat and sugars). Otherwise after you lose weight you’ll be back to overeating.
