Lucali on Milngavie Road in the Hillfoot area of Bearsden is now listed for offers over £75,000.
Restaurant boss Giancarlo Celino, who runs a variety of eateries in and around Glasgow, purchased the space in January 2024.

It is understand that Celino is also the operator behind Andiamo, Catch and Lucky B’s Hot Chicken.
The Bearsden branch of Lucali opened in June last year, offering a tempting menu of fresh pasta and Neapolitan pizza.
It is the second Lucali, with another pre-existing restaurant operating in Fenwick Road in Giffnock.

The Bearsden premises can accommodate circa 80 covers and also features a bar and pavement seating.
The eatery, which is being marketed by Smith and Clough Business Associates, has long-operated as an Italian restaurant.
It was previously home to Raffaelle’s for seven years before Oi Mamma opened in the spot in February 2023.
After becoming Oi Mamma, it hit the market in August 2023 after just a few months.
The unit is on the same row as steakhouse Bamboleo, Loop and Scoop, fish and chip shop Romy’s and estate agents Rettie and Co.
It is also close to Hillfoot Station, Douglas Park Golf Club and Boclair House Hotel.
