3 eggs
salt, black pepper, oregano
tomato sauce
2 tomatoes
5g parsley
2 slices of bacon
50g mozzarella cheese

Place one slice of sourdough bread into a container Crack 3 eggs into a bowl Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Oregano to taste Mix well Pour the egg mixture over the sourdough bread Take out the soaked bread and place it on a baking pan lined with parchment paper Soak another slice of sourdough bread in the remaining egg mixture then place it on the baking pan Spread tomato sauce evenly on top of each bread slice Chop 30g red onion Add to the bowl Chop 2 tomatoes Add the chopped tomatoes to the bowl Chop 5g parsley 2 slices of bacon Add to the bowl 50g Mozzarella cheese Add to the bowl Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Mix everything well Spread the mixture evenly over the sourdough bread Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F(175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly So simple and delicious!
