This Turkey à la King is creamy without the cream. Made with olive oil, flour, milk, chicken broth, mushrooms, bell pepper, and diced turkey, I served it over whole-grain toast with a crisp Mediterranean salad on the side (romaine, cucumber, tomato, radish, red onion, olives, feta, oregano, red wine vinegar + olive oil).
