
Ingredients I used: Mancini spaghettoni 2.4mm, Fior di Maso pecorino romano, guanciale, marzanino peeled tomatoes, chardonnay wine, salt, mixed peppercorns (black, red, white, and green), and fresh red chili pepper
I'm sure there are lots of people like me who find Amatriciana more delicious than carbonara. I wonder why it is still not as known and popular as carbonara outside Italy.
