Cast Iron filet mignon. Just curious, how much would you pay for this in a fancy steakhouse?

I’d get a ribeye at a fancy steakhouse but I could see that filet going for 80-100 if it’s a good cut. Looks great

I’d be anxious spending £100 quid when ordering a fillet. But if it came out like that, I’d be happy.

    I wouldn’t, because it’s a crap-shoot that it’d come out like this.

Though I’ll pick up a bottle of something nice. Be there in 10.

Dude I’m making italian sausage and peppers right now and I’d swap to that in a heartbeat, goddamn

I don’t know. I think you’re gonna have to send it to me for analysis and taste testing before I decide.

I’ll bring a 30 rack of something decent and we’ll have a nice evening around the fire. Sound good?

Brilliant. Could you please detail the technique?

Looks very good! Ide be on the way if you sent me that picture

  12. $50 and no regrets. But that’s because I’d be saving my money for their ribeye.

  13. That’s like $65-80 probably if it’s a good prime variety. Wagyu $100. How many oz? Looks great. Really nice work.
