🧂 Ingredients:

• 4–5 medium potatoes 🥔
• 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
• 1 tsp paprika or chili powder 🌶️
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour (for extra crispiness)
• Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish 🌿
• Your favorite dipping sauce (garlic mayo, ranch, or spicy sauce)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the potatoes:
Wash and scrub the potatoes well.
Cut them into thick wedges (leave the skin on for extra crunch).
Boil them for 5–6 minutes in salted water, then drain and let cool slightly.
2. Season:
In a bowl, mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and cornstarch.
Add the potatoes and toss well to coat evenly.
3. Cook until crispy:
• Oven: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
• Air fryer: Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
• Frying: Deep fry in hot oil until perfectly golden.
4. Serve and enjoy:
