It says no added sugars but just wanted to check. Not gonna lie I’m so sick of water.

this has artificial sweetener in it (aspertame). I wouldn’t drink this.

I wouldn’t because I have no idea what it is supposed to be. Has no real ingredients! It is an artificial color and sweetener delivery device. I’d drink juice cut with sparkling water instead.

I think it is okay to drink in moderation. Exclusively? I don’t think it is a good idea.
However, if you want to switch up your water, it can be an option.

There are a lot of great natural teas. You can also infuse water with a fruit or vegetable. A twist of lime, a few slices of lemon, a smooshed blackberry are a start of a long list.

I use this myself but heavily diluted – about one of those packets in about 8 cups of water. My diet is supremely healthy and self-policed otherwise, I can live with not being perfect.

Why would you want to? It’s just chemicals, with no nutritional value.

Ick ⚠️ this is just a bunch of chemicals that are not good for you. Make herbal iced teas! All kinds of teas. Seltzer water with a smidge of real juice, like Spindrift.

Yeah go for it. Not gonna hurt anything

In a comment you mention your not sure what sweet beverage to drink, may I recommend kombucha (can be a sour to some, start will a small bottle to try), Hibiscus tea, Trader Joes’s blood orange tea, cucumber lemon water, or cranberry juice (the all natural kind) with bubbly water?

If you like chemicals.
Herbal tea with lemon on ice. Lemon water. Fruit infused water. They sell bottles with the infuser. Iced coffee. Even a glass of wine with ice is better than this.

No.

Honestly? It’s fine. If it helps you drink more water a flavor packet isn’t going to hurt anything. If you aren’t used to them start small and add like a quarter of a packet to your water to start and gradually adjust to your liking. I find that these tend to be insanely sweet.

I saw through your post history that you’re going through some scary medical stuff relating to your liver or gallbladder. You might want to ask your doctor if these additives would affect those organs.

[This study shows that artificial sweeteners can cause problems for your liver.](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7257251/).
I’d also avoid carbonated water since that can exacerbate your pain by causing stomach bloating.
