
I love to snack on anything when I'm bored but I also want to keep a low calorie and high protein diet! So I've been lately snacking on cooked sliced turkey breast, they are super low in calorie and high in protein! At least this one that I eat is 76kcal and 16,5g protein for 100g of serving. (So the macros might vary depending on the brand?)
I've heard that a lot of nutrition/fitness coaches don't recommend it because of preservatives or because it's not pure protein but who cares at this point lol

I’m obsessed with them and have been for a while, I know processed meat is frowned upon but no one is taking my deli turkey from me 😤
