COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A new addition to Easton by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is now open for business.
Del Mar, which gives guests a taste of Mediterranean seafood, cheeses, and produce opened its doors at 4089 The Strand East on Tuesday. This marks the second location for the restaurant concept whose first location is in Naples, Florida.
“With the success of our Naples location, we are thrilled to introduce Del Mar to Columbus, our hometown,” Cameron Mitchell Restaurants president and chief operating officer David Miller said in a media release. We look forward to sharing our love for Mediterranean cuisine and creating memorable moments for our guests.”
Del Mar’s menu offers shareables such as dips, flatbreads, and chilled shellfish. Entrees include the lamb rack tagine cooked on a wood-fired grill as well as a lobster spaghetti with sweet garlic tomato sauce.
The Easton location features a two-level open-air terrace, two bars, and private dining areas which customers may reserve for events.
Del Mar is open for dinner nightly, but also features lunch options on weekdays and brunch on weekends. Happy hour drinks and dining is available at the restaurant on weekdays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
