
not much recipes can be found online for making this dish. So I did hours of study and research to make a version that I like while keeping it as Italian as possible.
I am a heavy sauce lover, so cooked the chicken lemon broth with rosemary for 3 hours first so I can add to the oilve oil and butter when cooking the vitello.
I also fried a bit sage at the end cuz I like the taste with red meat.
result was good,Italian bf approved 🙂

That reminds me, I need to re-sole my shoes.
The sauce sounds delicious. Rosemary+lemon+sage is a great flavor combination. Was the veal tender?
