The only difference between white and yellow American cheese is the dye. Otherwise they are literally the same.

I’ve been grooving on Boar’s head white American cheese for awhile. I recently picked up a bunch of Kraft singles. I’m in the camp that the BHWA is better than the singles but that’s just my opinion man.

Thick cut boars head white American is the best.
Why? Cheddar is the way to go.
