I love these! But they're really high in calories and not great on cards. But they do have some protein LOL I wonder if they should be a treat that I have around every once in awhile…

It’s Halloween! Splurge a little! Lol

10g of protein from 190 calories isn’t horrible either. You get closer to your protein goal and you get to have a Halloween treat. Seems like a no-brainer for me.

for today it’s worth it!

My problem with candy is that once I eat one, I always want more, and it makes everything else taste worse in comparison.

One of the things I love about counting calories is that I don’t have to worry about carbs as much as the bottom line calorie count.
Another thing I love about counting calories is that I can give myself a nice treat and bounce back the next day.
It’s Halloween. Have a treat or two. Just be honest in how you count it and be accountable for it for the next few days.
At the end of the day, a diet that doesn’t include the things you love to eat isn’t sustainable. Figure out how you can have the things you enjoy, in reasonable portions, in relation to a diet you can sustain that meets your goals. It’s okay if that diet includes a little Halloween candy. Just be honest with yourself and your tracking about how to make it work.

Halloween is the only time of year I eat candy because I get the mixed bags of mini candies and can just have a couple minis of different variety for usually much less than the (calorie) price of a whole full size candy bar. Of course I don’t really have a sweet tooth in the first place, so if I had a real problem I would avoid having so much candy in the house.

If you can fit it into your budget, and if you can stop at just one: 100% worth it, go for it!
If you know yourself and this will derail you, best avoid.

Every time I think about having a Piece of candy I think about how much FOOD I could have instead. But I admit I am not much of a candy eater. Cheezits are a different matter altogether.

It’s Halloween! 🎃 You could also only have 1 piece and cut the calories to 80. That way you satisfy your craving but feel less bad about it.
I’m not one to talk though, I’ve decided to give myself a pass on this whole week. My mental health needed a break. I haven’t gone crazy and I’m half keeping track. But still. It’s okay to cut yourself some slack once in awhile

The calories are the least of your problems. Those ingredients are TOXIC!!

I do treat myself to the mini snickers at Halloween. Just a couple as I’m more of a chips person if I’m splurging. As long as you don’t eat the whole bag, you should be fine,

What do you mean “worth it”? Do you like them? Then they’re worth working into your diet absolutely. Have 1 piece every day after dinner – 95 calories won’t make or break your deficit if you work around it.

Babe. Have some fun. Eat two. Enjoy Halloween and keep it pushing. We are not give food this much power over our lives.

I’m going to enjoy some almond joy, whoppers, and starbursts later tonight 😉 you should enjoy these too. it’s all about consistency not perfection. it’s a marathon not a race and these little treats are good for the soul ♥️

Have one piece. It’s an 80 calorie treat with 1g of fiber and 2.5g of protein. There are way worst treats out there. If you can’t live life with some joy, what’s the point? Learning to have things in moderation and enjoying treats without guilt is a lifelong lesson we all need.
