Sir, this is not a suitcase sub 😳

Can’t do it for $600 maybe $200 max and that’s really pushing it.

The charcoal “bars” they sell on their website fit nicely in that grill. Burns hot and longer with less ash than anything else I’ve used. Like the grill, a bit pricey but real nice fuel.

Seriously curious about this now. Please report how it cooks tomorrow

Am I the only one who came here wondering what Festool product this was, without realizing this was r/grilling?

I have the first iteration, it works fairly well but the they didn’t put air vents on all 4 end sections of both sides of the grill, so getting it up to temp and holding a higher heat level wasn’t ideal. They later revised the design by putting air vents on all 4 end sections, but I’m basically an orphan with the old “unimproved” design that doesn’t work as well and can’t be revised to perform like the newer version.

Look forward to seeing how you’re test goes.

Bro I’ve got access to essentially every smoker a person could want, and this puppy is one of my very favorites. Top tier once you dial it in…which is way less of a task than most.

Thaan binchotan is perf for it
