




Here are some dishes I cook for dinner quite often as I love them, so does my husband. So hopefully you will enjoy them too!

• Rice with stir-fry cabbages, carrots, broccoli, and vegan meat floss, served with firm tofu
This is like one of my lazy meals. I just stir fry cabbages with garlic, carrot. Top the rice with vegan meat floss and some broccoli. I just microwave some seasoned tofu to serve on the side.
• Red Lentil Tomato Stew 🍅 (highly recommended serve it with tahini)
