New Crockpot user here. I'm attempting to make a pot toast today. I can't figure out a way to set the time, and once the crockpot reaches 200 degrees it automatically switches to "keep warm" mode and the temperature begins to decrease.

The roast has o lyrics been cooking for 4.5 hours and the recipe states that it needs 8 hours.

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to set a timer so that the temperature stays where it's supposed to be?

Thanks. Included is a photo of my Crockpot.

The low cycle cycles on and off, that’s how it maintains the temperature.

Do you see the little hourglass button? I would venture to guess that’s your timer
