Harvest season may be coming to an end, but Italy’s food festivals are still going strong. Here are some of the best to stop by in November.

One of the best things about visiting Italy in the autumn months is having the opportunity to attend a sagra, a type of harvest festival or fair centred around one particular food or drink item local to the town hosting it.

The community comes together to smell, sip and savour all varieties of their product and maybe even dance or put on a parade. It’s one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the culture and community of Italy’s diverse towns and villages.

While October is the month with the most sagre in Italy, these festivals continue well into November.

From a radish festival in Treviso to a bruschetta fair in Perugia, these are some of the food festivals happening this month.
