The wife says I put too many onions in the guacamole. Is she wrong or is she very wrong?

    She’s wrong, but just separate out some guacamole for her before you add the appropriate amount of onions.

    I prefer red onions for the contrast in color, but hell no, perfect ratio.

    A compromise would be to use onion petals as chips but nothing quite like crunchy onion mixed in guac!

    I think it is a matter of preference. Although IF I was to add onions to guacamole, which I am not prone to doing, I would do a much finer dice.

    As an onion lover, this is a really rough chop for guac. I would also prefer red onion.
