  1. Tips on what? How to use a two heat zone? How to bank the coals on one side to slow cook? Use the snake method to slow cook? Is the slow nnsear useless? Yes, it is. Do you use baskets in the center or vortex in the center for wings?

    I’m jealous. I would’ve paid two cases of beer for it. I love using the snake method for slow cooking on mine. Try out the bnb briquettes for low and slow if you can find them near you. Usually Ace Hardware, but I think walmart and Home Depot carry them too. 2 vertical rows of bnb burns 225-250° pretty consistently.
