Made some ramen and mandu for dinner after a long day. Some homemade kimchi and some Riesling to wash it down.

Added fried tofu, shrimp, and scallions to the ramen. Kkakdugi is so good with the ramen!

Good for for a few episodes of Treehouse of Horrors.

    I prefer the Shin cup to the stove version. Dipping the mandu into the ramyun broth would make them extra tasty. Hope you enjoyed your meal!
