*edit* I see the doneness. I couldn’t ell because it was far away- I’m used to close up pictures. A minute and a half earlier and it would have been perfect.

First off, amazing presentation, you took some time and thought with it. Presentation is important. It shows you took time and pride in the food. As for doneness, serve it the way you and your guests want it. Personally I prefer CPR doneness. A few compressions and it moos again. But you did not prepare it for me, so my preference is irrelevant. TL:DR Good job Scooter!
