
This is the First time i made liver and i cut it open while frying to See if its done, i let it sit for 15 minutes and now its Green? It was frozen before so idk if it for bad or something (its alot greener in real but the camera doesnt picture it well)

It tastes bitter right? Gall bladder got popped during processing probably. The meat is okay but the green parts will probably taste bad
EDIT: guessing based off your description. If it’s just a little green it’s just oxidized and probably doesn’t taste bad at all, unless you don’t like liver
