The main problem i have with smash burgers, which can be easily fixed of course with some simple restraint… is that this is entirely waaaaaay too much cheese thinking every patty needs a slice lol.
But it does look delicious! I just shiver at the thought of the aftermath. 💩

Or do you maybe refrigerate/half-freeze the beef and then slice it paper thin with a knife light you maybe shave a ribeye for a cheesesteak?
