These turned out great. 125g baked in 4 inch rings.
A bit on the tall side. Next time I’ll use 85g.

    I’m curious about the sides; did you rise and bake them in crumpet rings or something to keep the sides so straight?

    I love homemade burger buns! Simple and adaptable for hotdog buns too.

    Turned out very nice! These are often called clubhouse buns and cut in to 3 layers.

    I made the potato buns yesterday and my pictures look a lot like yours. Mine turned out great. Much like yours. They went in at 100 grams and weighed 95 coming out of the oven. I was thinking of trying 60 grams on the next run[King Arthur Potato Roll ](https://imgur.com/gallery/63HhHFB)
