Ok, so this morning my wife made waffles using birch benders buttermilk mix. Says you can do it on the bag despite it being a pancake mix technically. She followed the instructions for making it a waffle mix. Still, they came out very soft and thin. So I made them into grilled cheeses using havarti and smoked cheddar. How are we on using waffle as the bread? The taste was amazing. Cheese pull, legendary.
