I’ve been flirting with the mediterranean diet as of late and I might not go full into it but definitely want to eat more elements of it to be healthier. I air-fried salmon and roasted potatoes and broccoli.

    Just make sure you get fiber WITH your meals, and walk 20 minutes or so a few times a week and it’ll go away in 6 months. If it doesn’t there might be other issues and you should try a statin while figuring it out. Good luck!
