This might be a dumb question but I been trying to recreate the pasta primavera recipe but I always mess up when it comes to the sauce. Is there a recipe anywhere for the sauce?

    I think it’s cornstarch or flour, with onion or garlic powder

    Not sure what it truly is, but I use half and half and cream cheese.

    Make a light roux, add as much milk as it says you need of cream sauce base.

    I needed to remake cream sauce base as one of mine came busted.
    They told me to use equal parts chicken broth & heavy cream OR 1/4 cup half and half and 1tbsp melted butter.
