

If I don’t eat properly in the morning, I’ll be hungry all day, and it doesn’t matter what I eat later. When I was at 14 day trip in Japan I tired to prepare some almost healthy and normal to me plates from what I bought in the kombini (FamilyMart, 7 eleven etc) – with veggies, proteins and carbs
Here what I usually did and what I could :
– omelette
– sandwich with shrimps
– kimchi
– carrots, cucumber, celery
– some chicken
