Their selection is great and even more impressive it's only smaller producers.

I've been wanting to try this Seed Ranch Hot Thai green sauce ever since their Everything But the Taco sauce really blew me away, so I was stoked this shop had it in stock.

The Thai green is great flavor. Mild but delicious.

Also, this is the first post I’ve ever seen of a store that sells unopened hot sauces from a fridge.

If we get to the point where we can colonize other planets the furthest one out there should be a penal colony for people who like cold hot sauce.

The ones I have the most familiarity is the Murder Hornet and by far my fave sauce is Black Label

Highly recommend the Mango Garlic Ghost from Kauai Juice Co.

I was there this past week when I was in town. Great spot.

This spot was a taproom/bottle shop called Tin Bucket before it became AF. The cooler was in fact partial repurposed for hot sauce. I think they mentioned some of their sauces were fermented and needed to stay refrigerated. That was my old hang out spot when I lived in Portland.

Edit: sent before finishing my comment

They’ve REALLY gone hill since the place sold. So sad to see that spot so empty

  9. Do they also have open bottles to use on your food?

Adoboloco stuff is fantastic. The only Hook & Arrow I’ve tried is the sauerkraut and mustard, and it’s pretty dope.
